Tottenham Hotspur’s active summer transfer window has taken an unexpected twist, with highly-rated youngster Luka Vuskovic reportedly pushing for a permanent move away from the club.
While Spurs continue to strengthen under Roberto De Zerbi — having already secured defensive additions Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi, and Jan Paul van Hecke, while also pursuing Savinho and Sandro Tonali — uncertainty is growing around the future of the Croatian defender.
Vuskovic Seeking Regular Football
According to journalist Alex Crook, the 19-year-old is keen to leave North London in search of consistent first-team opportunities and is reluctant to accept another loan spell. Brighton have already tested Tottenham’s resolve with a £35 million offer, but Spurs quickly turned it down. However, the Seagulls could return with an improved bid in the coming weeks.
Fresh from a loan spell at Hamburg, Vuskovic is eager to take the next step in his career. With several new defenders arriving at Tottenham, concerns over his chances of regular game time have only increased.

Despite the speculation, Spurs are under no immediate pressure to sell. Vuskovic remains under contract until 2030, leaving the club firmly in charge of any decision regarding his future.
