Jose Mourinho Blocks Arsenal’s Pursuit of Vinicius Junior

Jose Mourinho Steps In as Arsenal’s Pursuit of Vinicius Junior Faces Major Obstacle

Arsenal’s hopes of signing Vinicius Junior have reportedly suffered a significant setback after new Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho made his stance crystal clear.

According to reports, Mourinho has instructed Real Madrid’s hierarchy that none of his key players are available for transfer this summer. The Portuguese coach considers Vinicius, Kylian Mbappe, and Jude Bellingham essential to his plans as he prepares for the new campaign.

The decision is expected to halt any potential move from Arsenal, who have been linked with the Brazilian winger as they look to strengthen their squad following last season’s Champions League final defeat and their Premier League title-winning campaign.

The Gunners have already added Christos Tzolis and Illan Meslier this summer, while they continue to pursue Bruno Guimaraes, although Newcastle United’s reported £100 million valuation remains a stumbling block.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid have been active in the transfer market under Mourinho, bringing in Marc Cucurella, Ibrahima Konate, Bernardo Silva, and Denzel Dumfries. The Spanish giants have also seen Dani Carvajal, David Alaba, Dani Ceballos, and Fran Garcia depart as Mourinho reshapes his squad for the upcoming season.
