OLD LIVERPOOL HABITS? HENDERSON CAUGHT RAISING HIS HAND AGAINST CHELSEA!

Jordan Henderson produced a hilarious moment during Liverpool’s Carabao Cup clash with Chelsea, leaving fans wondering if his Liverpool instincts had kicked in.

During a chaotic incident in Chelsea’s penalty area, Wesley Fofana appeared to handle the ball. Virgil van Dijk immediately raised his hand to appeal to the referee — but surprisingly, Henderson did exactly the same despite now playing for Chelsea! 😭😂

The former Liverpool captain seemed to momentarily forget which team he was representing, as he joined the Reds’ players in appealing for a handball.

Of course, Henderson may simply have reacted instinctively after seeing Van Dijk raise his arm. However, the timing made the incident even funnier, especially with no VAR available to review the decision.

Liverpool eventually capitalised on the incident, with Cody Gakpo scoring the equaliser.

Whether it was an honest reflex or just an unfortunate coincidence, Henderson’s reaction has certainly given Liverpool fans something to laugh about. Perhaps you can change clubs, but some habits never leave you! 😂🔴

Was Henderson still showing his Liverpool loyalty, or was it just a natural reaction? 👀👇
