LIVERPOOL INJURY UPDATE: BRADLEY AND EKITIKE CLOSER TO LONG-AWAITED RETURNS!

Liverpool fans have received an encouraging update on Conor Bradley and Hugo Ekitike as both players continue their recovery from serious injuries.

According to Liverpool journalist Lewis Steele, the two stars are gradually approaching their respective comebacks, although neither is expected to be rushed back into action.

Bradley has been out for more than nine months after suffering a serious knee injury during Liverpool’s goalless draw against Arsenal in January. The Northern Ireland defender has now returned to grass training, marking an important step in his rehabilitation.

Steele revealed that Bradley is approaching the final stages of his recovery and hopes to join team training in the near future. However, Liverpool will need to manage his return carefully to avoid any setbacks.

Meanwhile, Ekitike is reportedly slightly behind Bradley in his recovery. The French striker has been sidelined since suffering an Achilles injury during Liverpool’s Champions League quarter-final defeat against Paris Saint-Germain in April.

🔴 LIVERPOOL’S BIGGEST CONCERN

Although the progress is encouraging, Liverpool must remain patient with both players. Young defender Giovanni Leoni recently experienced another setback in his recovery from a serious ACL injury, highlighting the risks of returning too quickly.

The hope is that Bradley and Ekitike could feature again before the end of 2026, although it may take additional time for them to regain full match fitness.

In the meantime, Andoni Iraola will be counting on Ronald Araújo to continue delivering at right-back and Alexander Isak to remain fit and effective up front.

If Bradley and Ekitike return successfully, Liverpool could receive a massive boost as they look to strengthen their options in defence and attack.
