Tottenham’s Home Struggles Exposed by Embarrassing Beyoncé Stat

Tottenham’s difficult start to the 2026/27 season has produced an astonishing statistic involving global music superstar Beyoncé.

Spurs suffered another home defeat on Saturday, losing 3-2 to Aston Villa at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The result leaves them with just one victory from seven matches this season — their only win coming against Charlton in the Carabao Cup.

That means Tottenham’s home ground has hosted more Beyoncé concerts than Spurs have recorded home league victories over the past two years.

Beyoncé performed six sold-out shows at the stadium in June 2025 as part of her Cowboy Carter tour. Since November 2024, Spurs have managed only five home Premier League wins across 36 matches.

The remarkable statistic has highlighted just how poor Tottenham’s recent home record has become.

Spurs currently sit bottom of the Premier League after five matches, having collected just two points from two goalless draws. Their poor start comes despite a huge summer investment of around £380 million on 10 new players.

Manager Roberto De Zerbi admitted after the defeat to Aston Villa that his team were too “fragile” and insisted they must improve defensively and work harder.

The Italian said Tottenham created several chances but failed to take them, while also conceding goals that he felt could have been avoided.

With pressure increasing, Spurs will return from the international break with a trip to Manchester United on October 10 before hosting Coventry City on October 19.
