Odegaard Delivers Savage Response to Richards and Carragher After Arsenal’s Napoli Win
Martin Odegaard was at the heart of Arsenal’s Champions League success on Wednesday night, scoring the decisive goal as the Gunners secured a 1-0 victory over Napoli in Italy.
After being named Player of the Match, Arsenal captain Odegaard spoke to CBS Sports, where Micah Richards jokingly asked him to choose his favourite between Richards, Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher.
Odegaard didn’t hesitate, cheekily suggesting there was only one true legend among the three — clearly pointing toward Henry.
His answer sparked a huge reaction in the studio, before Odegaard added another twist by joking that Carragher was actually his favourite.
Fans loved the moment, with one reaction summing it up perfectly: “Damn, Ode cooked them!” 😂
