Arsenal are reportedly planning a busy summer transfer window after their Premier League triumph, with the club now being linked to a surprise attacking target.
Mikel Arteta’s side secured their first league title in 22 years in 2026, but their season ended in disappointment after losing the Champions League final to PSG. Despite their domestic success, there is a growing belief within the club that more attacking firepower is needed to stay competitive at the top level.
As a result, Arsenal are expected to target multiple forwards and wingers when the transfer window opens on June 15. One of the latest names to emerge is Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis, with reports suggesting a potential deal could cost around £34.5 million. The Greek international has been in impressive form, scoring 43 goals over the last two seasons across spells in Belgium and Germany, and he also has Premier League experience from his time at Norwich City.
Alongside Tzolis, Arsenal are also monitoring Juventus youngster Kenan Yildiz, although the Italian club have made it clear he is not for sale this summer.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers remains Arsenal’s top attacking priority. The 23-year-old has attracted interest from several top clubs including Chelsea, Manchester United, and Manchester City, with his valuation expected to be around £100 million. Reports suggest Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is personally involved in trying to secure the deal, and Rogers is believed to be open to a move to the Emirates.
According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, signing Tzolis would not stop Arsenal from pursuing Rogers, with the club hoping to bring in both players to strengthen their squad further.
