Linda Pizzuti, wife of Liverpool owner John Henry, has stirred excitement among fans with a social media comment about Trent Alexander-Arnold amid ongoing transfer speculation.
Liverpool recently clinched the Premier League title with a dominant 5-1 win over Tottenham, celebrating their 20th league crown. Alexander-Arnold featured in the match and drew attention with his emotional response to fans singing “You’ll Never Walk Alone” at the Kop. He was also seen speaking with Henry during the post-match celebrations.
A professional lip reader has since speculated on their conversation, fueling rumors of Alexander-Arnold’s possible move to Real Madrid as his contract nears its end.
Pizzuti joined the celebrations on the pitch, embracing players such as Mohamed Salah and later expressing her joy on Instagram.
She posted: “Pitch celebration on winning the Premier League with supporters, at Anfield. A magical moment of connection, community, hopes, and pure joy. After more than 14 years with the club, this was truly a dream come true. Thank you, Liverpool.”
The post included photos, one of which featured the conversation between Henry and Alexander-Arnold. A fan commented playfully, “Just throwing in that Trent photo,” to which Pizzuti responded with a knowing eyes emoji—further stirring fan speculation.
While Salah and Virgil van Dijk have recently signed new contracts, Alexander-Arnold’s future remains uncertain. Asked about it after a recent game, he said: “I’m not gonna speak on my situation but these days are always special—scoring goals, winning games and winning titles. I’m glad to be a part of them.”
